Conditions
The prices are intended per person and per apartment.
The rates are subject to change based on the number of occupants.
The rates don't include the tourist tax (introduced on 01/01/2014). This tax amounts to €1.75 per person and day. Juveniles up to 14 years are exempt from this tax. Starting from 01.01.2024 the tourist tax will increase to 2.70 Euro.
Additional costs: 10 Euro per person for the bed linen and towels.
Final cleaning is not included in the rate.
A cot is provided for free (upon request).
The apartments are available from 13 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to be made available at 09.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
The ski bus service and the shuttle to Pederü are free.
For every definitive booking we require an advance payment in the form of a deposit.
The booking is only considered valid once the proof of payment of the deposit has been confirmed.
In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
We do not accept credit cards or bank cards.
